Damsel

Work this morning and then a fairly steady but busy afternoon. Upon returning home from work i found time to take a quick walk by the river on the way to getting dinner from the chippy. I spotted this damselfly sat on a lily pad so I decided to grab a couple of shots. I believe it is a Red eyed Damselfly. Afterwards a trip to pick Julie up from her Mum & dads and then a trip of to visit Jeri and the boys for a BBQ. Upon returning home a n evening of sport including the International rugby league match between England & NZ from America . An enjoyable game and a great win for England.
An update on last night Wigan game it was a good game but we failed to beat Castleford again loosing by a last minute drop goal .I have included an extra shot of a lovely setting sun at last nights game
