Tea-riffic!

Today was the first of the NHS Big 7Tea Parties being held across Birmingham to raise money for BCHC Charity and celebrate 70yrs of the NHS. Twas absolutely lovely; it was held in the garden at The Lodge at Moseley Hall Hospital so we got to be outside in the kind of weather I like (sunny and warm but breezy and not too hot!) I had a slice of a delicious lemon cake, lots of tea, and got to chat about the good work BCHC Charity does!

I finished early to hit the GP about my plantar fasciitis (still lingering, still painful, still incredibly annoying) so I've been prescribed a pretty heavy duty painkiller for the next 10 days. Fingers crossed it sorts it out!
