The Truce

This is a memorial statue called the Truce by Andy Edwards.
It is situated in the grounds of the bombed out church, Liverpool.
It's a powerful, thought provoking on how 2 sides who where opposite each other stopped on Christmas day and shook hands, exchange gifts, and talked to each other. When their governments was telling them that, that's your enemy, shoot them etc. War, violence isn't always the answer.
