Delft street

Delft is a beautiful, compact town.  Lots of side streets with lovely shops, unlike the big shopping centres which now seem to kill off the independent retailers.  Bakeries which would make you put on a few pounds just looking in the window, cafes and restaurants wafting lovely smells out onto the streets, a lively Thursday and Saturday market with over 100 stalls.  One of my favourite places so far to visit at the weekend.
