Thank goodness it’s Friday!

This is a couple of my colleagues, Brian and Alan, who were both delighted to get out at five o’clock. For most of us in the lab today, it is our Friday, as we now have the next two days off. You just can’t beat that feeling!

I am looking forward to starting my Sunday driving shift in a couple of weeks as I felt crippled by the time I finished tonight, despite trying to spend as much of the day as I could sitting on a stool. I have got an appointment booked with my GP tomorrow and I’m hoping he can suggest something to ease the pain of the sciatica.
