Relaxin’

Noo is bed after a busy day.

GravyC was up at 6.15am and out before 7am, leaving me in bed and Noo to amuse himself as ZQ wasn’t here. Noo woke me up (in his bed) at 7.50am, and we were out by 9am. Today was our 10k race. GravyC gets involved in marking out the course, and I provide post race massage. It was a scorcher!

We dashed home to watch THE match in our neighbour’s garden. He is a SKY engineer, and managed to rig up his TV in the garden. Noo, Poppy, and Henry played in the paddling pool, and there was BBQ food and Pimms.

It was quite a struggle for me to jog back up to the rugby club to reclaim GravyC ‘s car afterwards!!
