Chill

With sunshine forecast, it was the prefect morning to introduce my friend to the joys of wild swimming. There was a few screams and a few curses to start with but as soon as she was swimming she loved it.

I had a lovely dip but got out to take a photo for her and soon felt very cold, then sneezed all the way home. The kids have had mild colds all week and it seems I was probably fighting one till I got cold. Thankfully my work shift was shortened this evening so I was home early and straight to bed.
