Bees, football & music

An exciting day. This morning the neighbour's bees swarmed in our hedge. This is Shirley, a novice bee keeper and her more experienced colleague collecting them up.  I was also given a suit so could get up close in safety (extra). 

Then England score 6 and quality for the next round!

This evening we were entertained by Elvis Costello and his band in an excellent 2 1/2 hour set.
