Momma Swan

As soon as Momma spotted me, she positioned herself between the young ones and me (but I got a few images before that happened.) :)  After that, the rain started... I had to use my jacket to cover the camera and my head once it started to pour.  But I'm glad I stayed, as a momma mallard and 10 ducklings came swimming through the scene! (see extras) Eventually the rain won and I retreated to the car.  

Not a bad way to spend a rainy morning. :)
