POWER - MONO MONDAY

Today's theme for Mono Monday is power.  Thank you to laurie54 for the creative thinking.  
For today I thought I would use my muscles to power my camera in creating an ICM.  I like it.  
A busy day of running here and there and, mid afternoon, catching up with some girlfriends.
