New cables

Took this steed into the workshop to fit a new shorter stem - much better.  While I was there I thought I might as well replace all the cables.  These gear shifters needed to be partially dismantled in the process, bit of a pain.

This is the sort of thing that Pedallers' Arms is great for - cost me about £6 and no outer cable wastage as they have big rolls of the stuff.
