Chaource

Another favourite cheese and very different from the Comte of the Jura. The top three pictures in this collage are of villages and vines in the Champagne region as we travelled on our way to Chaource hoping to find another Fromagerie. We were very disappointed. Being Monday, most of the shops were closed and we couldn't find a producer selling direct. Better luck tomorrow! The lower pictures are of the village.
