Creme Caramel

A long time since I made one and I got inspired after a lovely person reminded me about the Great British bake off and so happened to catch an episode when they were making creme caramel hence this result.
Just wished to be able to send some to Edinburgh ;)

A very hectic day spent between computer and kitchen. A good opportunity is on the horizon.

Being a good cook is not so different from being a good scientist: follow the recipe but don't be scared to experiment. Use initiative and creativity and do things with passion.

Then I got a bit Rome-sick watching New Masterchef Australia aaaaaaah.
