Edinburgh Castle

A bit of a damp ride in to work in the morning. Not as heavy as Saturday thankfully. And the waterproofs seemed to have worked. There were quite a few massive ponds in the road on the way in. The traffic is quite light and I can easily cycle around them. The grass has been blown flat by the wind, and the rain lies on top of them.

The rain is off at lunchtime, and the paths and roads are drying up nicely. It feels quite cool outside. From the tram bridge, the dark clouds are receding eastward.

The ride home is quite quiet. the ponds are now small puddles.
