Sabino Canyon

We visited Sabino Canyon on our last visit to Arizona, in August 2014. On that occasion the river was running fast, and over the road at each of the bridges - we had to wade through ankle deep water on our walk through the Canyon. Today there was water in the river, but it was at least 5 foot below the level we remembered from before. August is one of the wettest months, thanks to the fast and furious monsoon rains, and June the driest, the first monsoon of the season was just over a week ago, hence the little water that is there.
