Early blip today...

...been out since 5 am, woke up late for me. Annoying because I like the cool morning air these hot summer days.

This is an awful painting.

From the painting in acrylics in ten minutes, according to the You Tube site.

Like heck it was. Two flipping hours later...first of all I could not mix the teal colour from the basic colours. The colours were:
Primary Yellow
Primary Blue
Primary Red
Black
Titanium white

Well, I tried everything to mix this teal which should be on the background sea. I got every shade of warm grey possible, which would be beautiful in another painting for not using black.

I have a colour wheel for mixing acrylics. I still couldn’t make teal.

This baby was about to throw all her toys out of the pram in a screaming frustrated temper.

I was doing the right things but it wasn’t working.

This is the final frustrating result...and I do not like it.

The sun arrived in my garden at 7:30 am and Popeye said fantastic! And went to the end of my wooden swing to bask in it. Top two pics in the extra photo. Then at 8:30 am, he got into my arms...make this sun go away, it’s too hot. Bottom left pic. So I came in.

Temperature in garden is 26 C now (9:45). My bedroom is cooler than outside but is now 22 C and temperature is rising. Bottom right pic is Popeye on my tummy in my bedroom.
