Day 1 Diet...not going well!

After a fairly healthy first 2/3 of day arrived back in Warwick late enough to not be bothered to walk to town. Thought would ‘treat’ self to the Hilton for dinner but usual dinner service replaced by seriously mediocre buffet with no veggie main course apart from the veg sides. Despite healthy eating resolutions found self tasting the full dessert buffet to get ‘moneys worth’...and none of it tasted worth the calories. Annoying !
