Tramway Repair (and a Swiss Flag)

Summer holidays are traditional repair times in our streets, here part of rails were dismantled and the new ones are waiting to replace the worn off ones. (Must be a Switzerland fan living vis-a-vis. Nearest Swiss town is Basel, 180 miles from here.)
