A day at Almond Valley today with a grpup of children who are going to school after summer. A fun filled day on go karts, trampolines, flying foxes and seeing some animals. This was in a wooded area where they had teepees , huts and this big chair.

A friend gave me a hard time last night after I told her about the psych appt. She said I shouldn't be relying on others to help me, I should be helping myself. I am . She got on at me about self harming. I don't need that. This is why I don't tell people what is in my head. I am upset and annoyed by it all.
