Great time this evening with the good people of St Laurence, Southend, and a few other places, looking at behaviour management. Their church building is very old and their church people are very enthusiastic, doing great things in their community. And the church is next to an airport runway ..... loud!

Extra of the little house inside the church. Prittlewell Priory sent a monk to live here to look after the place and the people. His home was a tiny room, with a thin door, and an upstairs room for sleeping. I love the idea of a home inside the church.
