Rainy day blues...

The morning began with rain, rain and more rain, which threatened to set in for the whole day. Surprisingly though, it eased off not long after I took this photo of a soaked Honey Eater who had arrived for his breakfast, and we only had the occasional shower or two during the afternoon.

I spent most of the day working again and didn't arrive home until after 8 pm, after going grocery shopping with my daughter Emma. It has become a regular fortnightly ritual for me to go grocery shopping with her, as since her car accident three months ago, she can't lift the heavy shopping bags at the supermarket.

Shopping with Emma was a lovely break from my sewing and has given me an opportunity to begin my Christmas shopping also.

Thank you to everyone who dropped by my journal yesterday!! Your wonderful comments mean so much to me and I'm really looking forward to having my work finished, so my blipping life can continue as usual. I have really missed you all. :)
