Baller

Every day Iggy starts trying to herd me out the door almost as soon as I take my first step in - it’s like he has waited all day to play with ball-y and can’t wait another second. I don’t think that’s the case, but I think that’s what he wants me to believe.
I did stop to check on turkey momma and babies - see extra. I think I counted 7 so their numbers are holding. I was kind of worried for them as they have to watch out for eagles, hawks, foxes, cats and even a large type of weasel known as a fisher cat, which I have personally seen about 10 feet from where the turkeys have been wandering.
In other news, I’m taking my job search to a new level - I’m going to try and find anything with health benefits and just find a second job to make up any salary I give up by leaving where I am now. I’ve been putting off making a change because my current job allows me to be flexible in taking care of my parents and I didnt want to rock the boat in that regard.
But I don’t want to finish out my days feeling the way I do and so if a change means I have less to offer my parents for a little bit, then my bro will just have to step up.
Fingers crossed.
