Downstream

Busy sort of day today.

The house had it's survey, which is always a worry - you never know what will turn up... and the boiler had a service. The boiler service had been due a while but the original installer had always been too busy to fit a time in, so I went to the manufacturer's website to find another authorised fitter, and they were to arrange one to service the boiler within 10 minutes - by which I mean not make the appointment in 10 minutes, but have him on site in 10 minutes... He was just finishing a job locally, so came straight over...

After work we went for a walk round the village, and today's blip is a snap looking down the River Test from one of the bridges in the village - which is about the only way you can see the river as it flows through the village - as almost all the banks are in private hands and access is forbidden.
