Hares and tortoises

Another longish Walk today from Perranporth to Portreath but this time our B and B was right on the coast path so no extra walking was involved, only 13 miles today. We were soon overtaken by theee men who we had met while staying in our first B and B in Newquay. One of them had a female partner who was ferrying their stuff around by car so they had an advantage on us. They passed us three times but then we passed them four times and in the end we all walked into Portreath together and we were staying in adjacent properties, they in a pub which had an excellent restaurant where we had a very nice meal. We went down to the beach to watch the sunset which seemed to take a long time coming and was a bit of a damp squib. I have now changed my Blip to the one I intended to post.
