Perseverance amid chaos

A lunchtime walk around the garden to see what I could find. It's quite a cold and wet day. I've got a lot of tidying up to do in the garden but the trees have still only dropped about half their leaves. I'm on holiday soon so hopefully I can do a bit then.

Even amid the chaos of weeds and leaves these little flowers are doing well. Perhaps encouragement for us all?
