Health Spa Membership

I stayed with a group of friends at a stately home in Cavendish, Suffolk and whilst on our holiday a small group of us visited the nearby Gainsborough Health Spa as day visitors.

I enjoyed that visit and ever since I have wanted to join a local spa as a member but being that we are so close to Cambridge the prices for memberships were very expensive and the spa I preferred didn’t have many facilities for the monthly fee.

After extensive searching online I found a local Bannatyne Spa and health club within a 30 minute car journey of my home.

I signed up earlier this week and popped in to sort out my membership and try out the facilities this morning and to say that it was wonderful would be a big understatement.

I enjoyed it so very much. I had some time in the Jacuzzi and then did several lengths in the pool followed by 20 minutes in the sauna.

The good thing about it is my Membership is charged for the times I want to use the facilities. I signed up for a premier off peak membership which gives me unlimited access to all of the facilities 9-5 during the week and anytime access at weekends. By doing this the monthly cost is reduced significantly. I’m also able to roam and use other Bannatyne spa’s across the country all on my same membership.

It is one of the best things I have ever done in my life. I feel I will use it many times a week. Time to loose some weight and get more fit.
