Fourth Lake

B and I are visiting Booky and K for a few weeks in their current home in Vancouver. As part of our wonderful three week trip, they have taken us on a tour of the Canadian Rockies; we arrived in Jasper yesterday and today did two walks- the first this morning was to the spectacular Maligne Canyon and this afternoon to the Valley of Five Lakes. This is the Fourth Lake, each more impossibly beautiful and brightly colored than the last, the supernatural color of each lake is determined by the glacial waters that run off the mountains.
