Acer cutting

Two weeks ago my neighbour took a cutting from her acer for me and I'm pleased to report thus far it is still alive. This is the parent tree and if I live long enough, hopefully what mine will look like in 20 years or so. At the moment it is sitting on the kitchen windowsill.
