Another lovely sunny and hot day.  Spent quite a bit of time outside in the garden - deadheading roses and endeavouring to stay cool under the umbrella.

Good news first thing - but keeping fingers crossed that it comes to fruition.

No 2 son phoned this afternoon.  He had been to Pisa and back today.
