Junior Jazz Ensemble

Tonight we went to a post-jazz workshop gig by Forest School Jazz musicians, including the Big Band, and the Junior Jazz Ensemble shown here. The workshop was given by legendary saxophonist Pete Long. With cheese and wine on the tables for the audience it was a very agreeable way to spend an evening. I wish more kids would get into real music on real instruments. James is in the front row - the small one, giving it some welly on the alto sax.
