A Helping Hand

Today I made a superb steak dinner today for Jane and I, even though I say so myself. With steamed cabbage and Jersey Royals, and then topped with gravy.

Proudly, I even made my own mint sauce, but what a wally, I then forgot to serve the sauce!

It's a concern that Jane has reached a Multiple Sclerosis stage where she is sometimes not able to feed herself, or raise a drink to her mouth. No leg usage, and now her arms are failing, especially as the day progresses.

Jane, often experiences leg pain, night or day, and then she is not able to move her leg to relieve the pain.

However, we are joined together, and for better or worse, I am a helping hand.
