Some of you have already read that I didn't go to the hospital today. Last night I received an emailed letter from the Dr apologising for the delays and promising to get things moving. He also said that if I chose to, he would refer me to a colleague to take over.

I replied saying that all I wanted was to get things going rather than waiting around with nothing happening.

So fingers crossed, but it's a shame I was forced to go through PALS to get this promise.

Needless to say nothing has happened today. But I am much more hopeful.

Spoke to the Haemophilia centre as I am due there next week for my 6 monthly check. They know I'm a bit rough and so don't want to see me until after I've had the tests and met with the Doctor.

My shoulder has decided to be particularly painful today ... Tramadol not helping. I have an appointment to see someone at last....yes on 1 August 2018...hope I can last that long...

A bright sunny day after a cool misty start. A cool breeze this evening.
