Evacuation Day

Calum is studying the 20th Century this term. Today year 6 had to play act the Second World War evacuation. All the kids dressed up with their belongings, and gas mark (in the box). They formed up in the hall then got dispatched by 'train'. Calum went to 'Wales'. They did some gas attack alerts. When VE day was called they then had a 'street-party' in the shared area.
