30 Days Wild -25- Chamaenerion angustifolium

In my childhood I lived with an open view across railway property. These rosebay willowherbs grew in their thousands. Suddenly, the time would come for the seeds to be released. With a light breeze we had a blizzard in summer!

I needed to get on with accounting and some of the invoices were still at the studio so a trip into town was called for. I hadn't much time to spend looking for something wild so I went to a lay-by I knew would supply me with an abundance of this particular wild flower.
