Lisbon

We had an early start this morning, collected @ 6:20am for our day trip to Lisbon.

We started in the Belém area on the river Tagus, admiring the Jerónimos Monastery (top pictures) and partaking of the Pastéis de Belém patisserie's custard tarts :)

Next it was onto the downtown area seeing the Rua Augusta Arch in the Terreiro do Paço square where we also had a lovely lunch (in the shade!!) We also looked around the Rossio & Restaurodes Squares :-)

Back to the hotel 13hrs after we'd left!!!
