UP WITH THE SUN.

Another scorcher, but I left with the dogs just after sunrise and it was lovely and cool as the sun is not on the canal until about 8am. Went to yoga this afternoon, then home for the hairdresser. If I can face out in the heat later on I will go down to the care home.
My extras are, first a little bird on the lily pads gathering bits and pieces for a nest, and the other is Daisy waiting for the paddling pool to fill.
