back of the net

We went to Jim's school sports day this afternoon. It was SO hot! Lots of rather unusual sporty activities including throwing wellies into hula hoops and an egg and spoon race with a plastic egg that was so light that it fell off the spoon with the slightest movement. The one Jim liked the best though was the football. I stood at the back of the net to get this picture (the things I do for a blip...).

Back home now in my cool kitchen with all the windows and French doors open drinking a long cool gin and tonic with lots of ice and strawberries in it.
