Beach Yogi

Still waking up super early which I think is a hangover from the jet lag. So headed down to the beach to do some yoga. I’ve started doing sun salutations in the morning and now with this scorching weather I’ve come to the conclusion they work, and so I owe it to the nation to continue! However I would like to point out all those toned and tanned yoga babes doing yoga at the beach, clearly don’t fall over a lot because the sand is too squishy, or get accompanied in their poses with a very enthusiastic Labrador who decided to join in!! Never work with sand and animals ;)
