Union Jack

I visited my friend Joan today & she told me her new Dahlia was flowering.
This was ordered approx a year ago & received April, so she's very happy they're flowering.
Shame her Husband didn't get to see them as he was looking forward to seeing them in the garden & he passed away last November.
