Galveston Day Trip

We gave M a ticket for a flight in the plane to Galveston on the coast for his birthday and finally the weather cooperated, at least mostly.  So at 9 am we flew down to the Galveston airport and had a day by the sea.  Went swimming, ate ice cream and had some rides on the pier before finishing up with a great meal at a local Italian restaurant as M insisted on having Pizza.   Flew back at about 7 pm and were able to watch the sun coming down from the sky before landing in the dark - good day out and fun to give M a special treat for his birthday.  Extra of the sunset.
