Trauma

A day of learning about trauma and attachment, it felt like A level Psychology revision but was very interesting to attend to and it linked well with Polyvagel Theory.

This evening I watered my happy tomatoes, green beans, did the recycling for next week, repaired two vintage necklaces which I intend to wear all summer and bagged up some stuff for charity. I made a commitment to myself to get rid of things I don’t wear enough and a couple of vintage pieces of clothing I’ve become emotionally attached to will be going on EBay- this is good.

Slightly grumpy mood here tonight but apparently quite cool here compared to the North West.

Hoping for fab weather tomorrow. Today I walked to and from a local shop (South Cerney near Cotswold Water Park) at lunch time. Only 20 mins but a lovely walk in very very warm sunshine
