Urban Bourbon

I told Layne that the Abstract theme was ‘Urban’. She immediately tied the idea of bourbon in. So we searched urban Portland’s Distillery Row and decided to go to New Deal Distillery. We each had a flight of five samples for $10 each flight. Which included two bourbons, a rum, brandy, two vodkas and two gins. We chose our own variations and shared.
We requested ice to make it more palatable, as straight whiskey is something we rarely visit. A fun post lunch dessert!
And the Prisma ‘Urban’ app was employed of course.
