The resilience of nature

... is amazing! With a few days' watering, after four weeks of drought, my plants - in the ground and in pots - are bouncing back! This is my everlasting sweet pea's third summer. The first year, it produced no flowers at all. Year two - it showed one or two blooms. This year it's a riot of colour with lots more buds to follow these flowers. Perhaps it responded to the drought by producing offspring. That's the way of nature, isn't it! (Thanks, as ever, to BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.)
