Meanwhile back in the meadow

Another lovely day which Polly has thoroughly enjoyed, although the window cleaner didn’t agree with our assessment when he was here this afternoon. One good thing about our house is that the downstairs is always nice and cool
In a heatwave and hopefully this will be appreciated by the people viewing it tomorrow. First one for a while and it’s spurring me into doing some much needed housework!

In other news, Basil isn’t wanting to eat his meals (although he’ll happily eat his usual treats). I suppose it could be the heat but I’m monitoring the situation.
