I seem to be running a day behind!  

Today was very hot.  I didn't feel great when I got up.  Tummy a bit iffy.  

We sat outside in the shade to have lunch but even then it was too warm for me and I spent the rest of the afternoon in the living room where it was lovely an cool.

Just after 5pm I felt really dicey so decided to go upstairs to be nearer a loo.  Good decision in the end.

I think I shall leave it there :-)
