Baling the hay

Raked the rest of the hay fields in the morning, then baled them in the afternoon and gathered the bales. Or actually a half of them, as neighbouring horse owners bought a half straight from the field. Even though it was a small amount compared to what we used to do a few years ago, it was a sweaty job, as the temperature reached +29°C.

The contractor came late in the afternoon to bale the haylage field and I spent the evening gathering the round bales. Quit at 9 pm, 45 minutes before the first rain shower.

Backblipped five previous days, too. Now one day behind in my own blips, but a lot of journals to browse!
