Handbags and gladrags
It was a beautiful sunny Sunday morning so what better place to visit than the Tokyo flea market? Already it was apparent to us just how polite and friendly Japanese people are. The market emphasised this - no pushing and shoving, no shouting and the most good natured haggling you can imagine. The other thing that quickly became apparent was just how expensive everything is in Japan, even secondhand goods. So although we did lots of browsing, we bought very little apart from some old postcards. I really fancied one of these vintage kimonos though!
