Outside In

In learning all about the seasons, we've been gathering leaves, decorating them with glitter then hanging them on the kitchen units. We can then enjoy their beauty indoors too. Miss A is very taken with Autumn and the changing colours of the trees. What's not to like really? With the gorgeous, crisp, sunny days we've been having it's hard not to find beauty all around.

Miss A said something to me the other day which I though was quite profound for a 3 year old. As I was putting her to bed, giving the usual bedtime kisses and cuddles she said 'Mummy, your love goes in here (touching her chest) and fills up my heart.' I have to say it was my eyes that started filling up at that point. Such a touching moment and one that I will keep in my heart forever.
