A slither of pink in a green oasis

Another day at the seaside. When you live all year round miles from the nearest beach, you don't mind so much!. We returned to three beaches in the Praia de Marinha area and we swam to the Benagil cave which is an iconic sea cave visited by dozens of boats, sea kayaks and the odd swimmer. My extra is of one of the beaches which was deserted on account of its location (surrounded by cliffs) and only accessible by descending a steep path that cut through the rocks and the last part which involves descending by rope. As I was on my own and it was late evening, I only got half way down and bottled the remaining section. If I had a son with me I reckon I would have made it but fear got the better of me.
