Royan at Sunset
Today was spent clearing the garden, mowing, watering and following Elvis around to avoid any mishaps. He has discovered stairs, but going up only. Coming down is a bigger challenge and gets confused. We found out just how confused when we got back from a delightful meal at St Georges de Didonne, near Royan. He had been secured in the lobby area, no carpets and easy to clean if mistakes had been made. He had made some. However, after Mrs SoL had completed a thorough clean, I went upstairs to find 3 more little errors which must have been there from earlier in the day. As Mrs SoL was clearing them, another appeared in the freshly cleaned Lobby. Not amused. Carpets are coming up, child gates will be erected tomorrow and a little man will be watched even closer. I decided on the sunset at Royan as a positive image before the return home. It was rather nice there.
